[fw-webservices] file upload using Zend_Rest_Client

Hi, thanks to help from this list I've managed to use the Zend_Rest_Client in my project. However, I now need to use the client to do a file upload. I searched and found that the HTTP client allows file uploads but there nothing about how to do this from the Rest Client. If anyone can give me a pointer (or two!) that would be much appreciated.
