[fw-db] How to test the success of Db_Table::insert()?

Hi there,

what is the recommended way to test if an insert action of
Zend_Db_Table::insert() succeeded?
The return value of the Adapter::insert() is discarded, and
the returned pk is only usable if it is a autoincrementing
column and the value was not given...
