You could simply browse to the svn files via a browser and download them
-- you'll need:

Zend/Dojo/View/Helper/Dijit.php
Zend/Dojo/View/Helper/Dojo.php
Zend/Dojo/View/Helper/Editor.php
Zend/Dojo/Form/Element/Editor.php

to get everything working right. Then put them in your vendor folder.
