I found out also these files are needed:
Zend/Dojo/View/Helper/Dojo/Container.php
Zend/View/Helper/HtmlElement.php
After substituting them, fatal error for call to undefined functions
go away. However, the form is located correctly (its id is right) but
the submit is not hooked.
