[fw-webservices] Zend_Feed_Rss not accepting URL

Hi. I'd like to know how to properly use the Feed_RSS Component ( I believe
this falls under Web Services still - although I might be wrong) for custom
URL's. For example, the following is a URL from Dice.com for an RSS Feed of
current PHP Jobs:

'http://seeker.dice.com/jobsearch/servlet/JobSearch?op=301&N=1525+0+1810&Ntk=JobSearchRanking&Ntt=PHP&Ntx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&Nf=p_PostedAge|LTEQ%201'

When I add it to the RSS Component, it is telling me that the URI is
invalid. Should I be using this somewhere else?
