[fw-db] How do I return SQL query on exception or error

Hello,

I am using a bootstrapfile to throwExceptions on errors.
There is a function or process on my site that is throwing an error:

Zend_Db_Statement_Exception: Invalid parameter number
: no parameters were bound in
/apps/Zend/Framework/library/Zend/Db/Statement/Pdo.php on line 238

Is there a way to have this include the fie or sql that ws called that
generated this error?
