Re: [fw-mvc] Bootstrap

If the bootstrap works, then it's okay. However, that bootstrap doesn't really take advantage of the features offered by Zend_Application and friends. I wrote a walk-through for converting a bootstrap that is very similar to this one into an idiomatic Zend_App bootstrap [http://monzee.wordpress.com/2009/05/21/migrating-applications-to-1-8/].
