You can check dojo.version within FireBug. However, it's showing
"1.3.0dev (16807)" -- not sure if that's before or after 1.3.2.

It will *always* show a "dev" version, as we're pinning to a release
branch. I have noticed, however, that the rest of the version number in
the release branch is not always up-to-date.
