[fw-mvc] CSS/JS Includes

There are several ways that you can include CSS or JS into the views. You can
either include them via the view helpers like HeadLink/HeadScript in the
controllers or in the views.

What happens when I have many controllers/actions and many templates? Would
it be reasonable to manage your CSS/JS includes in this way (controller or
view)?

Have you encountered this problem and what are some ways that you have
solved it?
