[fw-db] Re[fw-db] ferencemap: delete CASCADE

Hey,

this question is asked before, but a long time ago. So I post it again. I
have a db structure like this:

category -> subcategory -> subsubcategory

When I delete a category I want to delete also the subcategories and all the
subsubcategories. I builded my references but it's only deleting the
subcategories when I delete a category.

Is there a way to build a referencemap so it'll also delete
subsubcategories?

I'm using MyISAM (mysql).
