[fw-mvc] Accurately binding incubator and standard library with ZCF instance

It seems that when I try to attach the incubator library ( FIFO ), the FC
breaks. I try to have the incubators insert prior to my standard library
when using them so I can take advantage of new development. Is this a known
issue? Maybe it's just me. Should i bind the incubator after the standard
library? Sorry if this question seems simple, I have not tried any solutions
yet.
