It's Zend_Pdf based and they like to contribute to ZF.

This component, Re_Pdf, have a lot of goodies over Zend_Pdf.

But don't have a good documentation, only API PHPDOC, no reference guide, tutorials...
Only a IRC channel where nobody returns.
