You can configure Path Variables in Zend Studio in the Window /
Preference / PHP / Path Variables.

First, download the new Zend Framework and put it where you want, go to
Path Variables, click on New, choose the directory that contain the Zend
directory and name the new variable, for example, 'FRAMEWORK_1.8_HOME'.

When you create a new project, just choose this variable instead of the
old one, or configure your existing project's include path.
