Actually, it's working perfectly. The problem, however, is that you
didn't subscribe to the lists individually; you subscribed via
fw-all@lists.zend.com, which acts as a bucket for all other lists;
you're not actually subscribed to any of the individual lists. This is
simply how ezmlm works.
I've removed you from fw-all at this time, and you should receive no
further messages.
So, the lesson is: if you find yourself still getting emails, send an
email to fw-all-unsubscribe@lists.zend.com to see if that's how you
subscribed in the first place.
