I'm not sure how you're posting, but the instructions for unsubscribing
are part of the "welcome" email you get when you first subscribe. The
process is simple: send an email to:
<listname>-unsubscribe@lists.zend.com
where <listname> is the name of the mailing list:
fw-general-unsubscribe@lists.zend.com
The email needs to come from the email address to which you are
subscribed. You do not need to include either a subject or any content
in the email; just send it to that address.
(These instructions are also present in the mail headers of every email
you receive from the list, btw; most mail readers let you toggle mail
header visibility.)
If you are subscribed via Nabble, unfortunately I cannot help you, as I
have no control over that system. You will need to contact the Nabble
administrators in such an event.
