[fw-db] Fix for MSSQL Escape Sequence \ ?

This is a bit of an obscure MSSQL bug, documented in the Knowledge Base:

Microsoft SQL Server identifies a Transact-SQL command containing the
backslash (\) followed by the carriage return (0x0d) and line feed (0x0a) as
an escape sequence.

Is there a 'fix' expected in the Zend Framework MSSQL driver? Would be nice.
