[fw-db] Unit testing Zend_Db_Table

Hi,

Does anyone have an example of how to unit test Zend_Db_Table, I see
that there was a ticket/commit
(http://framework.zend.com/issues/browse/ZF-2510) around this issue I
just can't figure out how to get it working.

My problem is that my Model instantiates the DB_Table class and then I
get an error saying that it has no adapter. Is there a dummy adapter?

Only if we had dependency injection :)
