[fw-mvc] Zend_Feed Encoding

Hello all,

I am trying to set up News feed from one of the Turkish channels to our
intranet web server.

The problem is I can not touch the web server and I can not change the
default encoding to UTF-8. Apache web server supports only ISO-8859-9. They
set it up like that.

So all my web site's encoding setting is set to ISO-8859-9.

The problem starts here.. The feed is in UTF-8. And when I display in my web
site as you guess the characters are not correct. When I change the encoding
setting of the document to UTF-8 then the feed is OK but the web site is
not.

Is there a way to change this or assign the local content type to the feed
with in the Zend_Feed.
