[fw-gdata] Gdata folders support

Hi,

I poked around the Gdata library and haven't found an obvious reference to creating folders in GDocs:

What version of the GData API does the Zend library support?

If indeed there is no folder support, I'll write it up and send a patch, but could someone kindly let me know if I'm missing something before I head off to code it?
