Okay, I pasted the code you posted and it works fine for me. I'm using PHP
5.2.5 and ZF 1.60 from the svn trunk.

The next thing I would suggest as troubleshooting is to make sure your
application is using the class you think it is. Do you have any other
copies of these class files in your PHP include_path? Perhaps one with an
incomplete declaration of $_referenceMap?
