[fw-mvc] Zend_View Helper FormCheckbox and its hidden element

When you have a checkbox form element and render it using the
formCheckbox helper, it always prepends a hidden element with the
default unchecked value.
This however makes our get urls look strange, "search?value=0&value=1".
My question is is there anyway besides creating our own custom checkbox
view helper to not prepend the hidden element?
