You can do the same thing but this time you will need to utilize a foreach loop.

$invoices = $invoice->fetchAll($invoice->select()->where(.....);

foreach ($invoices as $invoiceRow) {

    $data = $invoiceRow->toArray();
    unset($data('invoice_id');

    $invoice->insert($data);

}
