Yeah, I read through that too after I posted. Thank you for posting here as
well, so it may help others too.

As for Matthew's response that 'setName()' will work to set the name of the
form, I have yet to get that to work as well. I tried setting it when I
instantiate the form as well as in the construct and neither method works.
